Lashaunda Miles
Licensed Clinical Social WorkerLaShaunda Miles, MSW, LCSW, LSW is a compassionate therapist who works with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. She brings experience in outpatient and telehealth therapy and uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy.
LaShaunda’s style is supportive, practical, and collaborative. She helps clients build coping skills, improve communication, strengthen emotional regulation, and better understand the patterns that may be impacting their relationships and sense of self. She is especially attuned to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.
LaShaunda also has additional experience in behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, crisis support, substance use screening, and EMDR-related training.
Kemisha Swan
Licensed Social Worker Kemisha Swan, MSW, LSW offers a warm, grounded space for clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and the deeper work of healing old emotional wounds. She works with individuals, couples, and families, with a particular heart for clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or disconnected from themselves while trying to manage family, relationships, work, and personal growth.
Kemisha’s approach blends evidence-based therapy with holistic support. She incorporates CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused care, meditation, deep breathing, and the intentional use of music to help clients feel more regulated, clear, and connected. Her work is especially supportive for clients interested in inner child healing, emotional balance, spirituality, creativity, and building a stronger relationship with themselves.
